The Challenge
Architected and developed a full-stack staff management and ticketing ecosystem. The platform enforces multi-role security (Owner, Therapist, Staff), provides interactive room assignments, and resolves Postgres sequence drift through chronological joining-date UID re-ordering (`BIW 0001`). All database updates trigger real-time Google Sheets webhooks without disrupting user authentication credentials.
